1. Sample Orders

• ✅ Full Refund Eligibility:
  Refunds are issued only if the produced sample fails to meet specifications provided in your approved tech pack/design file.

• ⚠️ Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Changes to design/fabric after sample approval

  • Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., color shade variance < 5%)

  • Shipping costs

• 🔄 Replacement Option:
  Defective samples will be remade once at no cost (excluding shipping).

2. Bulk Production Orders

• 🚫 Strictly Non-Refundable:
  All bulk orders are final sale once production starts post-sample approval.

• 🔧 Quality Remedies:
  If bulk goods materially deviate from the approved sample:

  • We will repair defects at our cost

  • Or replace faulty units (≤ 3% of order quantity)

• 📝 Claims Deadline:
  Quality issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving goods.

3. Refund Process

2. Verification	Our QC team reviews within 48 hours
3. Resolution	Refund/replacement issued within 14 business days

4. Non-Covered Scenarios

✖️ Client-approved sample changes during production
✖️ Force majeure events (e.g., material shortages)
✖️ Shipping damage (file claims with carrier)
