1. Shipping Methods & Timelines

Bulk Orders	Sea Freight (FOB Shenzhen)	25-40 days (major ports)

2. Shipping Costs

• Samples: Client pays 100% freight + duties (quoted pre-shipment).

• Bulk Orders: FOB Shenzhen terms – client covers freight/insurance from departure port.

• Customs duties/taxes are always client’s responsibility.

3. Risk Transfer

• Samples: Risk transfers to client upon DHL/FedEx pickup.

• Bulk Orders: Risk transfers when goods pass ship’s rail at Shenzhen port (Incoterms® 2020 FOB).

4. Customs Documentation

We provide:

• 📦 Commercial invoice

• 📦 Packing list

• 📦 Certificate of Origin (upon request)

• 📦 HS codes for underwear/garments
  Client must provide: Importer of Record (IOR) details.

5. Delays & Liabilities

6. Damage Claims

• Report within 48 hours of delivery with:
  ➞ Photos/videos of damaged packaging + goods
  ➞ Carrier’s delivery note with remarks

• We will:
  ➞ Replace damaged items (≤ 3% of order) OR
  ➞ Compensate repair costs (with receipts)
